A chance meeting at The Royal Opera House ✨
Once @doctor_mum_designer and I realised we both lived in Cheltenham, an innocent question (where do you live, ofc? 🤭), a terrible habit of mine, and suddenly I was naming my favourite house on her road from memory.

This weekend, that moment came full circle: cooking in Alice’s beautiful kitchen, learning Italian dishes with the fabulous winner 🏆 of @britishbakeoff @giuseppecooks 🍝, surrounded by warmth, generosity, and the most magnificent group of women, all overlooking her glorious Christmas tree 🎄

Yesterday was my birthday and in true “just in case” fashion, I ordered myself a very basic set of balloons… thinking no one else would. How wrong I was! I walked into a room full of balloons, stunning flowers and surrounded by the loveliest people, and even had a beautiful cake made by @cakealchemist_cheltenham. I almost didn’t celebrate ~ work has been all consuming to say the least but I’m so glad I did. I pour so much into making my daughter’s day magical, and this time, I got a little of that magic back. A whole year ago today, this super house in Wellington Square exchanged ~ and earlier this week, totally randomly, I bumped into the lovely new owners for the first time in a while.
We shared a hug & then stood there in the street (classic Cheltenham moment), catching up like no time had passed. They’re so happy in their new home, excited to tell me about the position of the Christmas tree we talked so much about and the room they made for all the beloved books ~ which makes all the behind-the-scenes ebbs and flows totally worth it.
We reminisced about that whirlwind year of decisions, nerves, and excitement… and honestly, it brought back such good memories.
Moments like that are a big part of why I love what I do ~ and it’s the people, my clients, who make it all so rewarding.

One year ago today…well yesterday to be precise…. I completed my very first sale as LA Agency 🙏🏼
I remember it like it was yesterday ~ I was away skiing, disappointed to miss the key handover, but absolutely thrilled with a super result. That moment marked the start of something incredibly special.

Here, building genuine relationships is what matters most.
