Most people think you need to rip out a kitchen to add value.You don’t.I considered replacing this with a Neptune kitchen… but because I knew I might sell or rent, it didn’t make financial sense.So instead, I focused on the details that actually change how a space feels:– Better flooring
– Fresh, neutral paint
– Furniture scaled properly to the room
– Softer window treatments
– And small fixes (like concealing appliances)The result…a kitchen that feels far more expensive, without the unnecessary spend.This is exactly where I see so many sellers go wrong…
